Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i am staying in a pagdi system room @ dombivli from last 5 years and now land lord want to reconstruct the whole building can i get the room in new construction? and whats the rule says for how many years you must be the resident of that flat so that i can be eligible to retain that flat?

There are no rules for giving ownership premises to tenant. It is matter of discussions and negotiations between landlord and tenant.
