Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I'm staying in sangvi, pune since 29 years. My house is getting cut in road widening. I've yet not got any notice from municipal corporation to demolish. As per the town plan the road did touch only the wall of house. So the marking was done as per. but after five months the municipal corporation drew a new marking in which half of my house is getting cut. the total area of plot is of 1000sq. ft. So my question is how can i get ensure about the exact plan of road.
Also the opposite side of road has a school building run by a local corporator. The construction of building falls in area within flood line of river. Is the corporator trying to save his building by making a new plan of road.
please suggest me necessary steps that i shall take immediately.
Also how can i get a TDR.
