Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am staying as a tenant in the Premised in Mumbai since last 45 years on Pagdi system.

My Landlord has filed a case to evict us on the ground of Bonafide requirement for his family requirement. My landlord won the case in trial court after which we filed an Appeal in the upper court and Appeal was allowed and we won the case.

Now Landlord has file Writ Petition in the BOMBAY HIGH COURT against the said order.

Recently Landlord is negotiating with Builders for selling the entire property. I want to know in case Landlord wins the case in BOMBAY HIGH COURT and gets us evicted, can he then sell the property, since the ground of bonafide requirement is that he want for his own family requirement.

What action i can take legally in case he does so?
