Stilt Parking

Builder gave me an allotment letter for stilt parking mentioning that ''Pursuant to your undertaking dated 25/07/07 your are hearby alloted parking space in stil parking no 8 for a consideration of 50,000/- Rs.''

He also gave a siged receipt (on revenue stamp) for the amount.

Can it be considered as sold?
