Stilt Parking
I purchased a stilt parking from builder in 2003 and the builder has given me a letter of allotment.Now society says that that is not legal unless u have a sale deed for the parking space. Can I do the registration and sale deed now?

You cannot execute the sale deed of parking along. However you may go for a correction deed.

Parking is an exclusive common area and should be attached to the flat. Sale Deed of parking alone is not possible.
Consider a Deed of Correction.
