Succession Certificate

I am the only daughter (legal heir)of a property left by my mother. I need a succession certificate from court. Will it solve the purpose for mutation / sale of the property in future. How much expenses are incurred in total to get it.

The succession certificate is valid for mutuation or sale of the property.

You have to check the court fees with the help of lawyer which varies from state to state.

For succession certificate, you need to find out court fees applicable of the concerned State Govt. Lawyer fees varies from person to person and work to work.
