Suit for Anchestral Land Matter

Anchestral Land sale Deed wrongly made for Gat No.1 in the year 1978,On Revenue Record 7/12 Extract prepared in 1992 Actual possession for Gat No.2 till 1999. Now asking us to give possession and actual meajorment through advocate. After knowledge of this fact partition suit is filled.Question : Can we get partition after 30 years.Whether in this case Limitation Act is applicable for 12 years and this is applicable for adverse possession under Limitation Act 1963 Article 65(a).Please advise me in detail.

Facts are not clear. Who sold whom what? Who is asking through advocate?
