Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

a suit was filed regarding the recovery of rent and ejectment. Ejectment is done and the remaining rent is given. Now the question is the rent fixed by the court in the interim order is 13000 PM and that was given to the plaintiff, now can they demand 25000Pm rent for the using of same suit property.
