Survival Certificate

My mother expired leaving a joint property in my name. I am the only daughter and legal heir. Is it right to obtain a Survival Certificate in my name.

If you are the only surviving heir to the family estate, the property should naturally be transferred in your name.

You may complete necessary formalities and seek transfer of entire property in your name.
