Surviving Member Certificate

I have a joint property in my mother's name who expired 2 years back. I am her only daughter and legal heir and have got the Surviving Member Certificate issued in my name by the Executive Magistrate, Office Of The Deputy Commissioner, SDM Courts. Does this certificate solve all purposes for property transfer, mutation etc

The certificate should be sufficient for the purposes mentioned by you. You may apply for mutation/transfer of property in your name and for deletion of your mother's name from record of rights.
