Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Team,I am planning to purchase a property in bangalore,Which is approved by BMRDA on 2007-2008 and the layout is 38 acres and it is totally(95%) developed and also approved by LIC Housing corp and IDBI bank,I spoke to LIC bankers also and they are ready to provide the 70 % of the Loan amt.Again a legal opinion is required to verify the docs?...Kindly answer me...
