my landlord is not transferring my name in place of my late father and has asked me to pay 30.000/- for the said procedure.i am staying in the said room for last 65 years what is the procedure for transferring my name in my late fathers name.

Serve a legal notice. Despite notice, if landlord fails, file a suit.
