The landlord of the premises is a nationalised bank,

we have our Bank Ac / Loan Ac in the bank-branch located in the same

building where we are suitated.

This premises are also under the meaning of public premises eviction act.

Although we are not the tenants, we have been paying rent in the form of dd

The bank is also aware of the same but no action has been initiated

since all these years.

We are unable to locate the original tenant.

Are we protected under rent act ?.

landlord and the original tenant.
