Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have given my tenancy rights to of a 200sq ft room in mumbai under pagdi system.

The rent receipts are under my fathers name. who is dead and no will was made.we have given the possession to the buyer. do i need to worry if my sisters come and claim share in the property. the sisters never resided in the said premises and were married before the property was bought.
