Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the tenants of your building in Dombivli have formed a co-operative housing Society in 2008, the building is deemed to have been conveyed to the Society. As past tenants who were enjoying tenancy rights in the old building, you are entitled to get an additional 10% of your existing carpet area plus a corpus fund from the Builder / Developer, in case you are required to temporarily relocate to another area for development.
