Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Can a tenant be removed from the tenanted house who is staying for around 35 years? Tenant family consist on Father (husband is dead) and Mother with 2 childen both girls 1 married and 1 unmarried. The married girls stays in the same room with her three children and her husband is also dead. The rent receipt which we still give is on their father's name.

Now I son of the landlord would like to stay in that room as I'm married and have a child and staying out of the property in the rented house. The rent what we receive is Rs 150.00 and the rent what I pay is Rs 8000.00

Is there any possibility that this tenant be removed/vacanted from the said property.

Seek your earnest advise on the above and thank you in advance for your help and guidance.
