Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am thinking to make am MoU with a real estate agent who helped me in getting a property deal.
There are 2 brokers involved and to avoid any last minute dispute on the payment , I want this MoU to clealry state how much is each broker share , when will they take the payment and I won't be obligated to pay to any third person who claims to be broker .Also I want it to be documened that they will ensure that all the documentation is done by them regarding the sale of the property.
Can I get a sample MoU of this kind.
