Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Today if we file injuction suit in property in civil. After how much time, court grants first temporary injuction. what is the process. A maintenance case(domestic viloence case) is going on, and is in judgement stage. we want to file injuction suit(that is civil suit ) in property, before judgement, so that they , what ever the result be in judgement, they donot dispose off the property in a week or 15 or one month time, (which they can do so) to an relative ( which we fear, and came to know), before we file an appeal in district court. This property(self owned of husband ) is the only source of income and residence for petitioner..Pls help
