Transfer fee, flat bought in 2002(Vadodara)
Sir,
The said flat is already registered in my father's name in the Municipal Corp. & we are getting the 'Electricity Bill' in his name.
The ownership papers are also in my father's name, and we are paying House Tax in my father's name since 2-3 years.

Yes I assume that you are the same person who queried some time back about the same issue and I suggested you to pay so as to get the flat transferred in your/father's name.But with your latest additions of the query it is pertinent to note that you may be demanded the fee with a paltry penalty or else the entire process may get cancelled,provided if there is any rule that cancellation of tarnsfers without prescrobed fee within certain sort of period.
