how can i transfer the flat in the registered society in Mumbai( which was on my mothrs name) My father and brother sister agreed to give noc for the same. pl guide how can i appraoch the society secretary and what documents will be needed.

In Mumbai, please purchase the required forms from the Maharashtra Housing Federation Office at Fort Mumbai and send the duly completed forms, Affidavits/Indemnity Bonds to the society.
