Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Transfer of property
I id buy propety located in Nigdi Pradhikaran area from an NRI, as the tranfer procedures were taking long and he had to leave for US he gave a power of attorney in my name and agreement of sale was made as the transfer order was not released.
Now it is been 14 years and till date it is not been transfered in my name.
Can i get it transfered on the basis of same power of attorney?
How do i proceed?
