Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Can i transfer my property?

My husband distributed his self aquired property through Registered Will in favour of me (Full Residencial Portion) and my younger son (adjecent land). After their death, I also make a Will (on behalf of that Will) of my property (Residencial Portion) to distribute equally between my two sons. But my elder son has challanged my husband's Will in the court because my husband gave adjecent land only to my younger son. In these circumstances i want to give my property equally to both of my sons (as per my Will) in my livinghood. (1) Can i do so? (2) If my elder son not agree to take then, can i give half portion only my younger son? (3) Can my elder son create legal problems again for me and my younger son?

Re: Can i transfer my property?

1. You can make your own Will.

2. You can provide for consequences in the Will.

2. Such things are mere predictions. Better to consult an astrologer for predictions.
