transfer of property rights

i am a co successer of a property residential house can i sell my share in the property without identigying the area.Since i am the 20% of the property can i sell that 20% to third party.

Property of any kind may be transferred, except as otherwise provided by this Act or by any other law for the time being in force.

The chance of an heir-apparent succeeding to an estate, the chance of a relation obtaining a legacy on the death of a kinsman, or any other mere possibility of a like nature, cannot be transferred.

Normally, undivided share in dwelling house can be sold. However, it will not be permissible for the third party purchaser to claim either a joint possession or partition of the house property.
