Can a seller impose conditions on the purchaser when a property is selling?

whenever a sale is there, only prescribed conditions can be imposed such as payment of electricity, water bill etc...till the date of sale etc... can be imposed but a condition affecting the possession, consideration etc..can not be imposed as the same can render the sale deed as invalid.

You may refer to the relevant provisions in TPA and come again for guidance about interpretation of any Section, if required.
