Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Do i have any right in transfers received by my father (landlord) from my deceased grandfather's tenanted building acquired by my grandfather and do i also have any current rights from the income of or transfers received from ancestral building. My age is 35.

Generally speaking yes. If your father received the property from your grandfather by Will, then no. One needs to check all papers before giving proper advise.
