are there many types of TRESSPASSING?if so difference between them? LIving beyond permieted period is also can be termed as tresspassing? is it a CRIMINAL offenceif so what are the steps one should follow for getting the possession of ownership block back?minimum-maximum period?

Under criminal law, trespassing is of one kind only. Somebody entering a premises or land with permission is not trespasser even after permitted period.

living beyond permitted period does not ammount to tresspassing.You may have to file suit for possession and damages.
