We are 3 sisters and three brothers. My late father has two houses in Baghbazar , Kolkata. My youngest brother claims that our father has made a will and left the front house to him, whereas my eldest sister says that the backside house has been given as ' daan ' To her.

My question is whether I have any right to the houses. I want to make my own room on the roof since I have no self accommodation. I am a widow, and my daughter though educated earns very meagre. Please help me.

I stay in Puri, orissa.

Hello,

If, your father did not had Will for both of the assets(for entire asset), property have to be divided into six equal shares.
