Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Thanks for u r response but still i could not got my answer. i had simple asked whether income from fathers landed property has my share in it or not ??? IS THERE ANY RULE THAT BOUNDS A FATHER TO SHARE HIS PROPERTY BETWEEN ALL SONS AND DAUGHTER. WHAT HAPPENS IF FATHER DOES NOT GIVE A SINGLE PENNEY FROM IT.

Yes father can do this also. Any property belonging to father is his own self acquired property and no one has any right in the same and not even his own children.
