My relative tresspassed on my property 3years 8 months back. Do my cases is barred by law of limitations?

possession of the property can be obtained within 12 years and you are well within ur limitations to file a suit for possession of ur own property. once u file the case, the opponents would not be able to claim adverse possession. u may call upon me for details at 9811284735, delhi

If you suit is based on title for possession, then limitation would be 12 years.

No, the suit is not barred by limitation.

You can also file a criminal case of tresspass if you can justify non-action for all this duration.
