Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My uncle has executed relinquishment deed for his share in ancestral property before marriage and got married after wards. My question is whether it is mandatory to mention schedules of property that are relinquished in the relinquishment deed? whether my uncle's children born after wards become legal heirs for the said ancestral property

Once relinquishment Deed is registered and the share in the property are relinquished by the person who has share in the property in someone 's favour then the children who are not even born at that time of Relinquishment, cannot claim any share at a later stage in that property.
