Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Uncle(father's younger brother) got registered a land which was on the name of my grandfather and which has to belong to my father. Now my grandfather is not supporting us to regain that land on to my father's name. Now can we regain that land on to my father's name in any legal way??(please suggest me)

No. If the land is in your grand father or uncles name then they are the absolute owner of that land. Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
