Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

My uncle is remarried to my aunt after his first wife's death. Before that, he divided his ancestral property equally among his children from his first marriage and himself . He moved to another city and started his business and in process purchased properties which are self earned.

Now my aunt has children. In the event of 'no will', How will the property be effected?

He is wondering if it is necessary to have a will.

Experts please advice.
