Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My uncle had wrongly accquired a will from my grand father(I.e my grandpa brother who don't had any issue) since long back and the existing of such will ce to my knowledge recently.He had already sold some properties and is selling.both my father and grandfather passed away long back,according to the probate will which was done just 5 month before my Grandfather death that time he was notwell n had recommended bed rest by docter that was in 1995. Am staying away from the properties area, so cudnt smell the wrong doing since.my dad expired during 2000, he to was not aware of such will. What should I do to stop this wrong doing of his, as all our family members know that he is wronly doing this?
