unregistered stamp paper made in 1979 which signed by 3 wittnes out of them 1 is alive and according to that stamp paper some monthly payement was made on recipt {on 20 paise stamp} basis

now the party to whme the monthly payement was made deacesed his son deny the document and recipts which are signed by his father....

naw can the document which not registered along withe monthly payement recipts produce as an evidence
