Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
According to UPZA & LR Act ( probably Section 154 A ) a foreigner can not acquire agricultural land in Uttar Pradesh. However, If an Indian takes British Nationality, what will happen to the agricultural land already held by him prior to surrender of Indian nationality?
