Ur advise please?

How a huf comes into existence?A hindu male marries a hindu female after having severed all his relations whatsoever with the family of his father.Now kindly tell whether a huf came into existence or not? If yes then please answer my earlier question in this light & oblige.

if the relationship was severed by law...i.e. by partition or by relinquishment, then the earlier HUF comes to an end. after severence, unless new HUF is formed, all your property remains self acquired.

On marriage, HUF come into existence automatically.

HUF does not come into existence automatically. There is no HUF between husband and wife until a male child is born. The HUF has to be created. However, after birth of male child it can be created from back date - 240 days prior to the birth. You should consult a local tax advocate for creating HUF.
