ur apartment consits of 4 houses and in which one apartment owner encroched the common path area and built a sit out nd enjoing the facility for the past 8 years. While so can one apartment owner file a case against another owner .Is that mandatory that all the apartment owners collectively file a case.If so what would be the approximate cost to be incurred towards the case. What would be the approximate duration to get the decree and would there be any compensation for the rest of the owners
