Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

What is this.

ON UR DATABASE ,I found that u r labling a sham transation as a Fraud transation. I understand that this is not correct.Sham transations ,time & again, have been recognised as perfect legal transations &. the courts have given them a due acceptance & recognation. air 1989 kerala 317.Kindly clearify. tHEY ON MANY OCCAUSIONS BECOME NECESSARY 2 B ENTERED INTO.
