need ur legal suggestion. as i need certified copies of registry of my flat. i have lost original one. wat is the procedure? and wat is the cost? i have all the details of registry i.e. registration date, document num etc. how amny days will it take to get certified copy??

Make an application in the registry for the certified copy. Depending on date of document, Certified copy is provided in couple of weeks. In case of documents registered after computerization, you may be able to get certified copy in less than a week also.

you will have to apply to the office of sub registrar, giving details of the document, registration, volume number, page numbers, date along with a blank stamp paper of rs. 50/- purchased in your name for purpose of certified copy with the fee as applicable in your state. you should get the copy within 3 days.
