Ways to take defence.

Pltff.is owner by regd.deed but is out of possession for 34 years. If a common & simultaneous plea under art. 64, 65 & 113 can be raised to defeat the pltff, suit under limitation act . Kindly keep in mind the wordings used ''......not on title......'' in art.64 & '',.....based on title.......'' in art.65 of the act on limitations

What is your query? Why the owner is out of possession? Possession can be actual and symbolic also.Limitation depends upon various facts.In case of need contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.
