Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am a widow and i have no kid. I am residing in my in-law's house. My husband expired in 2009. this house is in the name of my father in law (self acquired) he is passed away in 2000 and no leaving any will. Can I claim my share in this property? Please guide me. This property situate in Delhi.

In the absence of Will and presuming governing succession law as Hindu Succession Act, you would be entitled to an equal share with other Class I heirs of the deceased.
