Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am a widower with a girlfriend. I do not want her to claim any of my property in case of my death or break-up of our relationship.What precautions should I take?

Indian law does not give any right to girlfriends but if you get any child through her then that child will get all the rights to your property.
