Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My wife has been allotted Flat by DDA and the Conveyance deed issued by DDA for stamping, is having her name as vendee and my name as Spouse name, the Joint Name is left Blank. What type of ownership this Flat would be Joint of single.. DDA is asking to stamp it as joint whereas we want in single name. What is legal opinion , whether just having spouse name in CD makes it Joint, or we need to have Spouse Name as Joint Name..
Please help.
