Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My wife has four sisters and one brother. My only brother-in-law has prepared a "will" in his favour,

where it is written that after death he will be the only owner of all movable and immovabble property of his father. The above "will" was forcefully done by my brother-in-law in provocation of some promoters. None of my wife or her sisters has signed over the said "will".

After signing the will my father-in law died on 02.05.2010. Now my brother-in law trying for Obtaining Probate.

My question is how my wife and her sisters can prevent this illegal "will" and Probate.

Thanking you

If you have any valid grounds to challenge the WILL, you may file your objections and contest the probate proceedings.

you need to appear before the probate court and object to the grant of probate in favour of your brother in law.
