Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Myself, wife & son living with Father & mother in Mumbai. The house is in my fathers name. Sister is married and now she is creating misunderstanding in our happy life. Now need to know that can I ask my share in property as need to seperate from my parents. Aswell as let me know that can my sister claim her right in the fathers property.

You and your sister have no right in your fathers property as of now. If he dies intestate , then in that eventuality you get 1 share with all other legal heirs.
