Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
if there is no will.. but for the bank a/c there is a nominee. while other properties are divided by the legal hairs . would the amout in the bank a/c go to the nomine asNomination in other words you can say is some what like making a testamentary disposition or will of any property held by such person making it before his death.

The nominee is only a trustee for other legal heirs and is required to distribute money in his hands as per their shares.
