Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a 'WILL' which my father executed 2years before his death in 1977; the same is duly registered at the O/o Sub-Registrar, Delhi. Subsequent to his death, I got the property mutated in my favour in 1979. Since then I have been staying in this property. Now I am in advanced age and also a senior citizen.
Can I also make a 'WILL' further in favour of my wife and the boys to be effective after my death; Please advise.

Yes you may execute the will as property stands mutated in your name.
