will made by my mother
my mother made an will in96 for a house in which she has divided the house as ground floor and first floor to her two sons.can i get registration of my floor in my name .what is the procedure?

What did you mean by registration of your floor in your name? As per Will you can have your name entered on Government and Other Records as owner of an immovable property which came to you.

If your mother has expired only then will can be enforced.Get mutation on the basis of will in respect of will and that would serve your purpose,there is no need to get any seperate registration.
