Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

IF a will is registered and it states that there are 4 equal owners, can 1 owner sell the part of the property with the consent of other owners even though the other owner has attended the age of majority at the time of making sale deed.

No 1st the will need to be probate then only one gets right over the said property...
