Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Will transfer from grandfather's name

My father and uncle bought a house 15 years ago and named it on my grandfather's name. Both my father and grandfather died and uncle is not giving us our share though we are staying in the same house. My other uncles are claiming that since it is on their dad's name they should also get the share. How should I solve this problem.

Re: Will transfer from grandfather's name

Sir,

in ur case firstly the papers are required to be seen to give accurate reply.nevertheless,on basis of your assertion since the property is in the name of grand father and if he has not left any will then property shall devolved upon all legal heirs. The purchase as alleged by you is ammounting to benami transaction which is barred in law.

thanks.
